Finding time to blog lately has been...not easy :) I am enjoying this sweet, sweet season of my life...but it doesn't leave much time for computer time.

My grandmother came in town November 13 and left last Thursday. We love visits from Gma {GG to the kids}, but it is a whirlwind! We try to spend as much time with her as possible, and Annabelle just adores her GG :)

We spend Thanksgiving in Georgia this year, which was odd...but nice.

Annabelle started her gymnastics class last Tuesday and is LOVING it!

We traveled down to Jacksonville this past Thursday and got back home yesterday. We had a great visit with Grandma and Granddad Waddington.

And other than that, we've just been doing a bunch of this:

Whirlwind Wedding Weekend

Monday's have a whole new meaning to me these days. Monday's are our stay-at-home-recover-from-the-weekend day...and I am so thankful for a rainy day :)

This past weekend, our friends Mark and Kristy got married! Collin was a groomsmen and Annabelle was one of the flower girls :)

We headed up to Gainesville Friday afternoon...we got checked into the hotel, then headed to the rehearsal {ma-hearsal as Annabelle would say}. Everything went well, so it didn't take long at all.
After the rehearsal, we had dinner at Mellow Mushroom YUM! All the Mellow Mushroom's around us have closed, so it was a treat.

I was so nervous about all 4 of us sleeping in one room {and one bed}, but our night went very well!
We actually slept in a bit.

We had breakfast, then it was time to get ready for the wedding! Annabelle looked darling!

It was exhausting keeping Annabelle happy and cooperating, while also doing the same for Max. But we survived, and Annabelle did a wonderful job!

And Collin didn't do too bad either :)

The reception was beautiful! But we were glad when it was time to go home :)

Sunday, after church...I had a Thirty-one party, while Collin took the kids home. I made it home just in time for Home group.

We are SO SO excited about Grandma {GG} coming in tomorrow! We have lots planned for her :)

Halloween Weekend

The weekend before Halloween is always a busy one for us. We have Trick or Treating at The Mill, usually the Florida/Georgia game is on, and this year we had family pictures and threw a shower in too!

Friday, Collin took of work...because I thought I was going to have a procedure done, but ended up not. It was nice to have a family day. We ended up getting Collin a new phone and having a night in.

Saturday morning, we had a quiet morning. We had a mini photo shoot planned for 11, played for a bit at the park, and came home before we left to trick or treat. Collin helped set up for a couples shower for our friends, and watched the game, while I took the kids and met my parents, Collin's mom, and Carson, Laurice, and Weston! The kids were SO CUTE! I wish I would have gotten a picture of all three of them!

CANDY!
It was so crowded, we only made it through 2 rows, before we called it quits.

After Trick or Treating, Debbie took the kids...while Collin and I attended a couple's shower. At 6:30, Debbie called and asked me where Max's milk was. The milk I sent had leaked out, and he had nothing :(
Luckily, I was only 20 minutes away and was able to nurse him. I brought him back to the shower while Annabelle got to spend the night with her nana and pawpaw.

Saturday, Collin and I also celebrated 5 years of marriage! Loved getting to spend the day with our little family, and can't wait to celebrate together next weekend!

Sunday, after church, we had lunch at Debbie's. She made a big pot of soup, while we all brought snacks and desserts. The kids were so funny and bit rowdy...but mainly funny :)

We made it home just in time for our friends to show up for Home Group. and ended the day folding some clothes and eating Halloween candy :)

Maternity Leave

After 8 weeks of enjoying my sweet Max...my maternity leave ended today. To say today hasn't been easy, is a HUGE understatement :(

I enjoyed my time with my buddy. it just wasn't long enough. We had some good times: traveling {He traveled to North Carolina and Jacksonville}, errand running, napping, and snuggling.
We couldn't ask for a sweeter sitter for Max {the same lady that watched Annabelle when I first went back to work is watching Max}.

We had a good weekend! We were supposed to go out of town, but Annabelle got a virus...and we decided to cancel and take it easy.

Thursday and Friday, we mostly stayed at the house...just in case :)
We did have dinner with some friends Friday and Saturday night.

Saturday morning, everyone slept until at least 9:30!! It was AMAZING! We had some errands to run, which is so humorous with 2 kids!

Sunday, was church and lunch at the house. We are getting back on schedule with Home Groups on Sunday nights...and I am so thankful! I love the group and how we are not doing life alone :)

Date Night! Cousin Sleepover! Family Day!

We had a wonderful weekend! We really didn't have anything planned, but ended up doing a lot of fun things!

Friday, Collin and I went our last date night with the third wheel :)

We ate a super yummy dinner at Plates, had dessert at 32 degrees, and looked around Belk and Target. We get super creative with our dates...ha!
Annabelle, however, was living it up! She got to have her very first cousin sleepover! She got picked up by Uncle, and had a big time hanging out with them!
Stolen from Laurice's Instagram
Saturday morning, we got up and did a few things around the house. And around lunch time we picked up our girl! Both her and cousin were so sad to leave each other :( But we had a fun afternoon planned for Annabelle! I wanted to have some time just to focus on her and do fun things that she wanted to do.
So, we ate lunch at her favorite place...Chick Fil A! Then we headed to the mall. We had some time to waste, so we ended up in Bath & Body works. I needed some body spray, and Annabelle carefully picked out some hand sanitizer. She literally smelled at least 5 scents before settling on Strawberry :) We looked around some more, rode a few of the Quarter rides {that really aren't a quarter}, and then it was time!
Annabelle has never been to a movie before and we thought "Big Sister" Day would be the perfect time to take her...and she did SO GOOD! We saw Madagascar 3. Annabelle was pumped to have her own ticket and give it to the lady taking them. We got her popcorn, gummies, and pink lemonade...then we were set to go to the movie!

I think next time I'll wait till the previews are over to take her into the movie...some of them got a little scary/loud for her. She stayed in her seat for a little bit, then sat with Collin, then came and sat with me, and after a potty break, finish the movie in Collin's lap.

She loved the movie and will remember some of the parts :)
After the movie, we had to go grocery shopping...
And on the way home, Annabelle fell asleep...
When we got home, Collin decided to cut the grass...
So, I unloaded the grocery, did some food prep, and started dinner {Biscuit Pizzas...yum!}. Annabelle and I were finishing up dinner by the time Collin got back in.

Sunday, was the first Sunday of my mini break from preschool. It was so weird  not to have to rush to church. Annabelle slept until 9!!
"Hey mom...we have the same belly!"
We met mom, dad, and Gracie for lunch at Olive Tree...then had shakes at Sonic!

Then it was home for naps and home group!!

Wedding Weekend

One of Collin's Step Sisters got married this weekend. And all 3 of us had a part. Annabelle was the flower girl, Collin was an usher, and I assisted with hair and anything else that needed to be done.

Friday night was the rehearsal. They practiced, then we had dinner at Longhorn's. It was so yummy! Annabelle was getting cranky at the beginning {and took a couple trips to the bathroom}, but once her food came out she was a happy girl...even saying "I'm sorry I cried Mommy". She can make me so mad, then she goes and says stuff like that and it makes me want to squeeze her because she has such a tender heart!

After dinner, we stopped by Debbie and Skipper's to see the Waddington's! We stayed for a little bit, but before we left Annabelle fell asleep on Nana and Pawpaw's bed. Weston wanted to play so bad!

Saturday, I woke up early to get a work out in {if I would have known what the day was going to be like, I would have slept a little bit more}, Collin and Annabelle were waking up just as I was leaving.

I arrived at the church at 9:30 to help do hair, and the craziness didn't start until 10:30 and lasted until 5. It was a LONG day :) I am proud to say that all the kids walked down the aisle! Now, it did take some coaxing with the younger kids :) Annabelle was a little hesitant at first, and the only flowers that were on the ground, were the ones that Collin threw, ha! And I was on my hands and knees in the front row telling her to come to me, double ha!

After the wedding, Annabelle and I went home while Collin helped clean up...and we took us a little nap. Once he got home we headed to Debbie and Skipper's for dinner. We had the best time!

Sunday, I worked my last Sunday in preschool for awhile :(
After church, we had lunch with friends, and then did our grocery shopping...and home for naps for everyone! Debbie came to get Annabelle to spend the night with them, so they could take her to school the next day. After she left, Collin and I had a very relaxing night. We decided the day before the cancel home group and I'm so glad we did!

I am so happy that we don't have any events planned for the next 2 weeks! We are going to enjoy the last days as a family of 3 :) Date night for Collin and me Friday night, and family day on Saturday!

Showers Galore!

This past Saturday I had 2 showers given in Max's honor...both were beyond perfect!

Last Wednesday, the ladies at work threw me a shower. We had lunch a Mellow Mushroom, then back to the office for cupcakes and presents :)
Max got a ton of cute stuff, but I wanted to share 2 things that were made for him:
My Co Worker made these for Max...They match his room perfectly!! Cannot wait to hang them :)

My boss knitted this. It looks so good draped over his red crib!
Annabelle came home from school on Thursday with a picture she drew:
Mommy {Yellow}, Daddy, and Max
I asked her where she was...
She said "Hiding on the back!" :)
Friday, I got a the sweetest gift from a friend {her husband works with Collin} and her mom {who also works with Collin}:
So cute!! I have already starting packing him for the hospital in it :)
Onto Saturday!!
I woke up early, so I could get a workout in...because I knew that would be my only chance.
Annabelle and I headed to my brunch shower at Momma's. She and Whitney did a beautiful job decorating in Navy and Red! There was yummy food and great friends. However, I have no pictures of that shower :( Everyone was too busy talking and having fun!

After the shower, we had lunch at Blue Eyed Daisy! It was yummy, and so were their award winning cupcakes :)

After lunch, Annabelle and I packed up to head home {but not before getting some Pappy love!}...and she was out within minutes.

We got home, unloaded, rested for a bit...then it was time to get ready for shower #2!

This shower was hosted at my friend Kelly's house, along with some of my favorite girls from Westhills! It was a yummy dessert shower, and also decorated beautifully in Navy Blue and Red.
We had the best time talking, laughing, and eating :)

After the shower, Kelly, Laurice and I were having more girl talk in sweet Paisley's room :) When I got home, both Collin and Annabelle were passed out.

Sunday, Collin and I unpacked everything from the showers and put everything away! I hung some things that were given to Max:
Whitney made the Life preserver wreath and Carson and Laurice made the letters :)
And finally at home group, the girls had a princess party!

Immediately after I took this picture, all 3 wanted to see themselves...typical girls. Ha!

Work Day @ Home, Baby Shower, & The Zoo

Our weekend kinda started on Thursday. We had some appointments, so Annabelle and I had a pretty busy day.

First up, was Annabelle's very first dentist appointment!

We got a good report from the dentist! An after Annabelle's hair appointment, we celebrated with lunch at Chick Fil A and ice cream :)

After a quick trip to Target {HA!}, then off to my doctor's appointment. Annabelle loved going to my doctor! She was a sweetheart!

Friday night, we had dinner with Chris and Kelly. We haven't seen them in awhile, and it was good to catch up. We had dinner at a new-ish BBQ place, and my BBQ salad was amazing!
After dinner, we headed back to their house. Annabelle just loves their dog Trip.
These were stolen from Chris' Instagram:

Saturday, Mom and Dad came over to help get ready for Max!! Daddy fixed the sealant in our shower, while mom cleaned the heck out of our baseboards, doors, and windows, and blinds :)
Collin and I took everything out of Max's room and set it up! I am so trilled with his red crib :)

We are just waiting for a few things to finish it!
And this found its way to our room :)

We got done pretty quick, so Mom, Annabelle, and I had lunch at Chick Fil A...before I headed off to a baby shower and they got their nails dome :)

I attended a baby shower for my friend, Emily. Not only do our husbands work together, but we are due with sweet babies just 2 days apart! She got a lot of goodies for sweet Mabry!

After the shower, I headed home to get ready for a birthday dinner for Debbie. And after dinner, Annabelle headed home with mom.

Sunday, while we were at church...Annabelle was living it up at the zoo! She sure does love that place.

Sunday night, we had home group...and then we crashed!

Just some random pictures:
Some nights I can hardly get her to eat...this night she ate broccoli.

Some of Max's clothes I got him at H&M...CANNOT wait to dress him!

Father's Day 2012

Our Father's Day weekend was pretty busy! We had lots of fun things planned!

Friday, while shopping around at Target I found these little goodies for Max's room :)

One of our favorite things to do on a Friday night is cook pizzas and have a movie night. I wish I had a picture of our pizzas, they were so cute and yummy!

Saturday, we had maternity pictures with Desi. I can't wait to see how they turn out...Annabelle was not a fan :)

Right after pictures we had lunch at our place {Chick Fil A}, and home to change for our next event. We dropped Annabelle off for an afternoon with Nana and Pawpaw, and Collin and I attended a wedding for a guy that that Collin has gone to Honduras with. It was beautiful!

Sunday, we got up and got ready for church. Annabelle was so excited to give her daddy presents :) We got him Braves tickets for a game in July.
After church we had lunch at Williamson Brothers with the other Ray's, then off to Grammy and Pappy's for dinner.
Annabelle loved getting to see both of her sweet cousins on Sunday :)

Surprise!

Friday night, before we left the house to go grocery shopping, we got a call from some new friends that wanted to meet for dinner. We have loved getting to know this family! They have a son about the same age as Annabelle, and he LOVES her :) They played so sweet together at the restaurant.

Saturday, I woke up early to walk. This is my favorite time to walk! It's still cool and I get to go by myself {because Collin and Annabelle are still sleeping}. But once I got back, had breakfast and did a strength workout...it was time to get going! We had so much to do to get ready for the surprise!
We stopped at Publix to pick up a few things, and then off to Grammy and Pappy's.
While we were getting ready, Annabelle wanted to lay on the couch with Pappy's blanket. She ended up falling asleep watching The Little Mermaid {on VHS :)}...and didn't move the 2.5 hours she was asleep.

Finally it was time for the surprise! Daddy turned 60 on Saturday, and momma planned this party for him! He thought we were going to Fogo de Chao, but instead got BBQ sandwiches from Speedi Pig :) Everything was so yummy! And I loved getting to chat with friends I don't see often.

We finally left Mom and Dad's at 10:30, I had already been on my feet since noon...but we had so much fun helping host the party.

Sunday, was church, lunch, and naps for the girls! And finally after a long hiatus, we had Home Group that night!
