Apples, Apples, and MORE Apples!

Fall is my absolute favorite time of year! This year I wanted to do some of the more Fall-y activities :)
A couple weeks ago we went to The Pumpkin Patch, I'd like to go on some Nature Walks, but this weekend we went Apple Picking!

Friday night, we had the best night IN! I made spaghetti, we watched movies. It was just perfect!

Saturday, we woke up BRIGHT and EARLY! We met Carson, Laurice, Weston, and Theresa and headed to Ellijay! It wasn't that bad of a drive...of course Annabelle watched Tangled all the way up there :)

First stop was Hillcrest Orchards. We picked Apples, petted farm animals, took a wagon ride, we even ran into our friends The Anderson's!

After we picked all of our apples, we had lunch at Zaxby's, then headed to the Apple Festival!

We didn't get home until 6:00 that night, and we were wore OUT!

Sunday, we finally hosted our first Home Group! Collin and I are so excited about this! It's something we have wanted to do for about a month now, but everyone has been busy. But Sunday night was a good get to know you night! Can't wait to do it again this Sunday!

Home Group

Last Wednesday, Collin and I started our new Home Group. We love it! It's nice to get to know people, that we haven't before. There are 2 couples with older children, then 2 couples with younger children (Including us). Because the only 2 kids there are Annabelle (18 months) and Liviana (6 months), Annabelle got really bored. She loves Liviana, but Livi doesn't quite play with Annabelle, the way Annabelle wants to play :) And I was trying to play with her, keep her somewhat quiet and listen at the same time. She did very well, but was bored.
So, Laurice offered to watch Annabelle for us last night. I knew Annabelle would be so excited to see cousin, Uncle Carson, and Aunt Reese. But when we got there Chris and Kelly were there. Annabelle LOVES Chris and Kelly, especially Chris! She waved bye-bye to us without hesitation.

We enjoyed Home Group, had some good laughs, and ate some good food!

When we arrived back at Carson and Laurice's, Annabelle had on an Indian Headdress, had freshly painted toe nails, and a smiling face!

I knew she would have the best time over there! We hung out for a little while, the boys outside with the fire and the girls inside with the babies.

We are so thankful for sweet family! And Friends that are more like Family!
