Annabelle Funnies

• Annabelle has been in a big girl bed for 2 weeks now. She does very well, with the exception of some nights. Last night was an exception. She was fine for awhile {singing, counting, clapping}, but around 9:00 {she got in bed at 8:00} I heard a knocking :) She was at her door, knocking and saying "Knock, Knock! I'm awake!". She also did this during her nap this past Sunday.
• Every Friday, the lady that works the front desk at Annabelle's school has candy for the kids. Annabelle picked out Smarties {or Farties :)}. Collin was teasing her all the way home about wanting some, and Annabelle kept saying "No daddy!". When extended his hand for some, Annabelle said "Daddy! What did I say?!"
• Every night after dinner, we head out for a walk around the neighborhood. This is my favorite time! But getting out of the house if a challenge. After telling Annabelle a couple of times to get her shoes she said "Ok mommy! I just love you!"

What Annabelle said today!

Sunday, Annabelle wanted to play outside the whole time we were at my Aunt's. It was just too hot, so everyone was sweet enough to take turns going outside with her.
Well, one time she came in and said "Woo! It's hot out 'dere!"

Memory

Just when I think Annabelle forgets about something...her memory proves me wrong!

• MONTHS and MONTHS ago, a little boy at school bit Annabelle (like, he bit her so hard it left a mark). She STILL talks about it to this day! No really, she mentioned it again this morning :)
• We have a rule, no standing in chairs :), and when Annabelle broke this rule the first time (which was a while ago) she got a spanking. Now if she starts to stand up in a chair, she'll say "No stand Annabelle, Wanna a spankin?"
• Whenever we pass Chick Fil A, she'll say "I want nuggets! Nuggets! Nuggets! Nuggets!"
• Also, when at Chick Fil A we always return the toy for ice cream. And if Annabelle sees the toy, she won't eat her food. Therefore I have to hide it. Well, we kept one toy and when she saw it she said "I want Ice Cream!"

What Annabelle said...the other day

Collin and Annabelle were getting ready to leave the house the other day and she saw a picture of herself, and said "Aw Wee An-belle...she cute!"

What Annabelle said tonight!

We were eating pie that was leftover from home group last night, and Collin was playing with Annabelle. Finally she said "Enouf Dad de! Time OUT!".
All we could do was laugh!

What Annabelle did/said today!

Annabelle has been a NUT today! I wanted tor remember/share these :)

1. This morning, Collin was walking out the door and Annabelle saw that he forgot his sunglasses. She cried out "WAIT DADDY!" grabbed them up and ran them to him.
2. She was looking the picture below and said "Aww Wee...cute"
3. She has been talking my ear off today! "Daddy at Work" "Pappy at Work" "Bud Bud nite nite"
4. She has a Bible and wanted me to read the poems to her and we sand "Jesus Loves Me" more than 10 times...wish these moments would last forever!
5. Last night, after looking at pictures of Gracie, she gave her new cousin her paci. She has been without one ever since. She has asked for it multiple times, but I redirect her...I act like her baby is crying and we console her baby :)
6. I have been doing work from home yesterday and today (and tomorrow...GET ME OUT OF THIS HOUSE!), and we have been fighting over the chair that I sit in. If I get up, she gets in it and says "My chair, Mom Me"
7. I was vacuuming the living room, and Annabelle ran to her room to grab her vacuum to "help" me :)
8. Hearing "Wuv ou Mom Me" melts my heart...every time!
9. And kisses...kisses melt my heart...I've gotten many of those today :)

What Annabelle said today!

Last night we were in the kitchen cooking dinner, and Annabelle walked out of the kitchen and said "Later mommy". She already acting like a teenager!

Annabelle has been learning new words left and right lately! Some funny things she has been saying:

• After pulling Collin's hair: "I sorry Daddy!"
• After Buddy (my parent's dog) sneezed: "Bless you Bud Bud!"
• When she wants to watch Yo Gabba Gabba: "I want Gabba"
• When getting ready to run: "Ready, Set, GO!"
• After grabbing her purse: "Bye Bye Mommy"
