HOLY COW! We are meeting this little girl in LESS THAN A MONTH! And the best thing is...I'M READY! We got her nursery D-O-N-E on Friday night. We could not have done any of without the help of my parents! It looks AMAZING! I'm still looking for something to go over her bed. I found a mirror at Target that would be perfect, but it's $70 and I cannot justify spending $70 on it. So the search is on! Collin did an amazing job painting the furniture. Everything just flows. All day Saturday, I would catch myself glancing towards her room, or I would just go in there and look in her drawers and imagine her in some of her clothes.
Saturday, we had our maternity pictures done in her nursery. Some were on a black back drop and then we took some by her crib. I can't wait to share them!
Also, I packed her hospital bag and tonight Collin and I will pack ours. And once my car gets cleaned, we will install the car seat base.
We got SO MUCH done this weekend!
I have been feeling pretty miserable, and I have been having contractions (nothing time able though). I am just ready for her to be here. Carrying around a 6.5 pound bowling ball in your tummy is not fun!
This weekend, Collin and I are going on a "Last" date to Scalini's, where they promise that there Eggplant Parmigiana will induce labor. We'll see!
