38 weeks

I had another doctor's appointment today. It was exhausting! I got there and got called back and the nurse took my blood pressure (112/78!), waited for the doctor and had an internal (0 cm, 60% effaced). I told the doctor that I hadn't felt Annabelle move today, so he hooked me up to a monitor. Of course, Annabelle loves to make me look stupid because she started kicking like crazy once the monitor was put on my belly. I stayed there for about 15 minutes. Next, Dr. Helton wanted to make sure she was head down, so I got an ultrasound. It was so good to see our girl (I hadn't seen her since week 20). She was in fact head down and, again, moving like crazy! The tech estimated that Annabelle weighs a hefty 8 pounds 14 ounces!!!!
In conclusion, I good, Annabelle is good (and fat!), and labor is still a little ways off.
