Sickies

Our weekend pretty much revolved around Annabelle being sick :(

Wednesday I got a call from school, saying she was running a fever and just not herself. Collin picked her up and took her to the doctor, and they told us she had an ear infection. She was prescribed amoxicillin.

Thursday, she was still running a fever...so I kept her home.

Friday, she still wasn't 100%...so she stayed home with me again. But I had some errands to run, so we were gone most of the morning. When we were almost home, she asked if she could go to sleep...I knew she wasn't feeling well. She slept for 3 hours and woke in a good mood, so we went out to dinner. By the time we got home, she was feeling the worst :(

Saturday, I had a baby shower to go to...so Collin took her to the doctor. Turns out her single ear infection turned into a double...plus a sinus infection :( She was prescribed Omnicef. They came home and she rested the day away.

Sunday, Collin kept her home from church while I went in and served in preschool. And when I got home, I found them napping on the couch :) She started feeling like herself again, even eating pizza for dinner!

Fun weekend...huh?
