Max @ 8 & 9 months

Y'all! Where has the first half of the year gone?! I feel like every time I turn around, a new week has begun.
We have been crazy 'round here...Disney world, flu, birthday parties, wedding showers, baby shower, weddings. I am loving this sweet, sweet season of our life right now!

8 Months

• We went to Disney World! He will never remember it, and it was crazy...but, so thankful for the sweet memories!
• He got the flu :( He wasn't able to take Tamiflu {he would get sick everytime he took it}, but recovered great and fast!
• He has 4 teeth!
• Started army crawling!
• Wearing 6-9, 9 month clothing and a size 3 diaper.

9 Months

• Still army crawling, with a little bit of pulling up mixed in! He keeps us on our toes!
• Has 6 teeth! They are so cute!
• I spent 3 nights away from him, and he did so good taking a bottle!
• And of course while I was gone, he started sleeping through the night!
• Wearing 6-9, 9 month clothing and a size 3 diaper.

Max @ 7 months

• Has been riding is a buggy for a little bit.
• Loves the swing at the park.
• Celebrated his first Valentine's day! Poor guy didn't get any cupcakes though...
• Started a breakfast on February 24.
• Took his first wagon rider on February 24.
• Moved to a convertible car seat on February 27.
• Schedule:
• Wake up at 8, nurse
• Breakfast at 8:30-9
• Nap at 10
• Wake up at 12, nurse
• Nap at 2
• Wake up at 4, nurse
• Dinner at 5:30-6
• Nurse at 8
• Bed at 8:30
• He usually eats around 2 times a night.
• Wearing 6-9, 9 month clothing and a size 3 diaper.

Max @ 6 months

First of all...I CANNOT believe Max is 6 months old! We had a rough first couple of months, but this little boy is pure joy!! He loves his daddy and he loves his momma...but he LOVES his sister {and the feeling is mutual}!

• Max celebrated his first New Year's!
• He started sitting up by his self on January 1st.
• He started solid foods on January 11th.
• Sweet potatoes
• Green beans {not a fan}
• Bananas
• Apples
• Pears
• He got his first tooth on January 17th.
• And he got his second tooth on January 18th.
• He has gotten on a great schedule!
• Wake up around 8
• Eat at 9
• Nap at 10:30
• Eat at noon
• Nap at 1:30
• Eat at 3
• Maybe Nap at 5
• Eat at 5:30, followed by solids
• Eat at 8
• Bed at 8:30
• Usually Eat at 2
• Wearing 6-9, 9 month clothing and a size 3 diaper.

Max @ 5 months

• Rolled back to belly on December 2!
• Celebrated his first Christmas...Santa was pretty good to him :)
• Take 3 naps.
• Eats every 3 hours, but has gone 8 hours at night!
• As of December 3: 16 pounds, 8 ounces, 27 inches.
• Wearing 3-6, 6 month clothing and a size 3 diaper.

Max @ 4 months

• Max has become a happy baby this month! I know that sounds awful...but it was a little rough :)
• He met his GG Shipman! I think they both are pretty fond of each other.
• Did lots of rolling around! Working on back to belly.
• Takes 3 naps.
• Eats every 3 hours, but went 7 hours one night!
• Wearing 3-6, 6 month clothing and a size 2 diaper.

Max @ 3 months

• After only 2 weeks at the sitter, Max now stays home with me :)
• Had his first well check on October 8th, which meant shots. We are so thankful for our BIG healthy boy!
• Loves to give smiles and sweet laughs.
• ROLLED OVER! Today, Max rolled over for the first time :)

• Takes 3 naps.
• Eats every 3 hours, but has gone as long as 5 hours at night.
• As of October 8: 14 pounds, 8 ounces, 24.5 inches.
• Wearing 3-6 or 6 month clothing and a size 2 diaper.

Max @ 2 months

• MUCH better at a 3 hour schedule this month!!
• Traveled to Jacksonville for the first time on September 8th! 
• Sleep is getting better...we finally realized that he doesn't go to sleep well on his own. He loves to be rocked and patted on the back.
• Smiling! Love his big gummy smile :)
• Slept in his crib for the first time on September 18th...I was hoping that would help him sleep longer. HA!
• Momma started back to work...and he does well with his sweet sitter.
• Wearing 3 month clothing and size 2 diaper.

Max @ 1 month

• Eats all.the.time! Trying to get him on a 3 hour schedule has been tough :)
• Sleeps ok. He usually ends on in bed with us. He loves to be swaddled or sleep on his belly.
• Attended his first birthday party on August 10th. It was for Big Sister's friend.
• Had his first bath on August 11th. He fell asleep :)
• Took his first trip August 24-26! He traveled with me and momma to North Carolina.
• Wearing some newborn, but mostly 0-3/3 month clothes and size 1 diapers.

Annabelle @ 24 months

• Talking:
• Makes 3 word sentences:
• I wolve you (I love you)
• I hold you
• Come here mommy (or daddy)
• I have sippy
• Still loves of jibber jabber that we don't understand :)
• Dancing! Holy cow this girl LOVES to dance! She keeps beat very good too!
• Wears size 4 diaper, wears mostly 24 month clothing, and some 2T, and a size 6 shoe.
  

Annabelle @ 23 months

I cannot believe my baby is about to be 2!! People would tell me that time would speed up after having children, I would blow them off...now, I wish I would have believed them, because it is so true!

Annabelle @ 22 months

• Uses her manners:

• She covers her mouth when she coughs.
• Says "Bess ou" (Bless you), when some one (or Buddy) sneezes.
• Is learning her colors:
• Red
• Blue
• Pink
• Lellow (Yeloow)

• Green
• Knows the first 3 letters of the alphabet, and will repeat each letter.
• Can count to 3, and will repeat each number.
• LOVES to play outside!
• Wears size 4 diaper, wearing 24 month size clothes, and a size 6 shoe.

Annabelle @ 21 months

• Annabelle has gone through a word explosion! Some of her favorites:

Annabelle @ 20 months

I cannot believe Annabelle is 20 months old! I had to check at least 2 times to make sure it was correct!
She has become such a sweet girl, very loving and helpful! She went through a temper tantrum stage, I ::HOPE:: the worst is behind us!

• Annabelle has become a picky eater. She no longer likes things that she used to like.
• We got Annabelle a potty seat. She has shown interest in using the potty and signs that she is ready. She loves to sit it in front of the T.V., and sit on it and clap :)
• She had school pictures on October 21. I cannot wait to see them!!
• Speaking of daycare: I cannot say enough about Annabelle's daycare! I'm so glad that she is enrolled there! Her teachers are the sweetest, and Annabelle looks forward to going everyday! Of course I would love to stay at home with her, but in the mean time I sure am glad to be going to the best daycare!

Annabelle @ 19 months

• As of 9/10/2010: 27 pounds and 34 inches tall.
• Walks up and down stairs with very little help.
• Climbs up and down the sofa without help.
• Loves to tickle anything and everyone!
• Mastering the art of using a spoon...she gets better everyday!
• Is a dancing machine! When she hears music, she'll start dancing, to the beat. I'm looking into dance studios to start classes :)
• Loves to play outside! Usually when we pick her up at school, they're outside and she is covered in dirt!
• Is a sponge...She will copy/repeat anything we do :)

Annabelle @ 18 months

I cannot believe Annabelle is a year and a half...almost 2! We have really been enjoying this stage that she is in! She is a sponge...learning new things daily! We are in the EARLY stages of planning her 2nd birthday party! I can't help it...I just love celebrating her birthday!

• Has 16 teeth! We're almost done!!
• Moved up to the One's class at school! They started transitioning her a couple of months ago, but made the official switch August 9.
• Loves to help clean up her toys!...and her clothes...

• Celebrated her 2nd 4th of July! Sadly we didn't see any fireworks :(

• She loves to dance! Although, it's not so much dancing as it is booty shaking and looking like Frankenstein. Either way...it's SUPER cute!

Annabelle @ 16 months

• Eating with a fork. She does very well! Still working on the spoon...

• Becoming a little mommy herself! She LOVES to mommy Weston...it's so funny! And she loved helping me burp Jackson this past Sunday at smallgroup...SO CUTE!
• Loves to carry purses around the house...she is a girly girl! And I LOVE IT!

• As of 6/18/10: 24 lbs. 8 oz., 31.75 in.
• Drinks 2 sippy's of milk a day. She is such a good eater! People are surprised about how much she really eats. Some of her favs are:
• Fruit! Watermelon, Grapes, Bananas, Strawberries...
• Crackers and Totilla Shells
• Cheese!
• Chicken, Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Deli Meat...
• Veggies are the hardest to get her to eat, but she loves Potatoes, Zucchini, Sweet Potatoes...
• REFRIED BEANS! And all things MEXICAN! That's our girl!
• Wears size 4 diaper, 18 months clothes, size 5 shoe.

Annabelle @ 15 months

• Has 12 teeth. Her bottom molars FINALLY came through!
• "Talks" ALOT...be no real words.
• Loves to "sing" The Itsy Bitsy Spider, and do the motions.
• Gives High 5's.
• Can walk up steps while holding our hand.
• Drinking 2 sippy's of milk a day.
• Still in a size 4 diaper, still wearing 18 month size clothes, and a size 5 shoe.

Annabelle @ 14 months

• Loves to give/blow kisses and give hugs!
• Loves to love on her dolls and stuffed animals.
• Can get to a standing position without pulling up on anything.
• She is a PRO walker! The only time she crawls is when she's around Weston.
• Has 8 teeth, and (as of April 4) 2 top molars!
• Has completely weaned! Her last nursing session was April 5th.
• Drinking 2 sippy's of milk a day.
• Still in a size 4 diaper, and is only wearing 18 month size clothes.

Annabelle @ 13 months

• Very talkative! She says keys, E-I-E-I-O, Sometimes sounds like she's singing B-I-B-L-E...so cute!
• Waves like Miss America.
• Walks WAY more than she crawls.
• Loves books!
• Has learned the art of climbing. She loves to climb into her rocking chair.
• Loves the park and sliding! But the swing is a different story! She has never loved swinging, even in her infant swing. But her favorite thing to do at the park is have a snack and watch/talk to kids.
• Has got the cutest chubby legs, fingers, and cheeks!
• Drinking milk from her sippy like a champ! She goes through 1.5 a day.
• Loves fruit! Watermelon, Strawberries, and Bananas are her fav!
• Has 8 teeth, and I think working on some molars.
• Nurses 2x a day.
• Still in a size 4 diaper, wearing 18 month sleepers, and growing out of 12 months onesies.
